All Non Superannuation investors can borrow against their policies at a LVR (Loan Value Ratio) being 90% of the current surrender value of the policy.

Loan backs against policies have the following features;

• No Fees / Charges
• Non recourse against policy value
• No credit assessment of the borrower
• 7-10 day settlement
• Market interest rates
• Interest calculated monthly and debited either monthly or six monthly against the loan value
• Borrower does not have to pay the interest back, they may allow it to accrue against the policy value
